Manufacturing Industry
An Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) product was developed for the global mid market to large manufacturers. This product competes with Baan, QAD, Oracle and other mid market and higher ERP products. The product was first built for Xerox and was called “CHESS”; later the product was sold to Fujitsu and is now called “GLOVIA”. The product manages all aspects of manufacturing from Sales, inventory, accounting through manufacturing. GLOVIA is now marketed by Fujitsu, and has been sold to over 1,000 manufacturing companies all around the world.

Many countries around the world skipped over telephone lines and went straight to Wireless Phone Systems with cellular towers. To manage the customer billing for these telephone services, we worked with CSC develop an enterprise Telecommunication billing system. The commercial product was called “ISIS”. CSC sold the product as the Telephone system for dozens of countries around the world.

Developed the main Internet information portal for Los Angeles County.
The site is the Information portal serving over 9 million residents. This document management application allowed contributors from all over Los Angeles County to keep sites current with new information while decreasing technical and administrative overhead. The site was designed for easy access to all of the products, services, news and information about LA County. 6 separate user interfaces were created for novice to advanced users to be comfortable and efficient. The site manages access to over a terabyte of information.
