Mr. Granville is a seasoned entrepreneur with 30 years of experience in the software industry. Mr. Granville’s career has focused on transforming businesses to take advantage of technology to improve their communications, efficiencies of operations, and to drive more revenue. Mr. Granville is currently the CEO and owner of Capita Technologies (founded in 1989), a leading internet software company offering eMarketing, eGovernment, and custom development of large business applications.

For the previous five years, Mr. Granville has managed an Interactive/Digital Marketing Agency for Interpublic Group. IPG is one of the world’s largest marketing companies. Mr. Granville has founded, acquired, or performed turnarounds for numerous software companies, as well as held management responsibilities in large enterprises such as Xerox, Burroughs, and Computervision.  Mr. Granville founded CimTelligence Corporation which he managed to be the leading manufacturing engineering software company serving the DOD, DOE, Large Aerospace Defense Contractors, and Manufacturers.

He holds an MBA (magna cum laude) and a BSBA from Babson College, and serves on the Board of Counselors at Chapman’s Argyros School of Business and Economics. Mr. Granville has served on the Board of Directors of eTrak Corporation, CimTelligence Corporation, and the Southern California Software Council.  Mr. Granville has been a regular speaker and has published numerous articles for the Society of Manufacturing Engineers on Group Technology, Process Planning, and Artificial Intelligence. Mr. Granville assisted in creating ISO 9000 specifications.

Some of Mr. Granville’s prestigious clients include: Xerox, M&M/Masterfood, Motorola, Kraft, Coke, General Mills, Phillip Morris, Citibank, U.S. Federal Reserve, Los Angeles County, U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, DOE, Fox Broadcasting, Warner Brothers, EarthLink, Boeing, TRW, GD, McDonnell Douglas, Raytheon, and Grumman.

In his early years as a software developer through becoming a CIO, Mr. Granville helped custom design and develop large software systems.  Mr. Granville helped automate: The U.S. money supply for the U.S. Federal Reserve Monetary System, The first ATM automated retail banking solution for Citibank, and many large and complex financial/banking applications for large banks and government institutions.
