Min. of 5 years of overall programming experience) Perm Position.

• Advanced ASP.NET / AJAX / C# / SQL Server skills.
• Minimum three years experience designing, developing, deploying, and supporting Web applications
• Solid understanding of .NET framework and ASP.NET
• Experience with Object Oriented programming basics and concepts
• Infrastructure knowledge; need to know how to install and configure IIS

About this position:
This position will be part of a small team focused on developing a cutting edge web-based marketing application allowing large companies to manage electronic communications with large volumes of customers (over 1 million) via email, SMS and website interaction.

The system will also include a universal registration engine, promotion building engine, marketing and campaign analytics engine, and a personalization/behavioral analysis engine.

The system will be created utilizing ASP.Net 2.0 / AJAX / C# / MS SQL Server 2005.

Project Manager

We are looking for a strong Project Manager with breadth and depth of knowledge in the full lifecycle of large systems development projects, as well as the leadership, communication skills and the personality that allows for building good client relationships. • Working knowledge of user interface standards for the web.
